Doesn’t work as advertised

Me and my partner have only had these 2 weeks. He’s in the uk I’m in the us. The sensitivity doesn’t change anything. His motion that is meant to control mine doesn’t work. We reported this 2 weeks ago and we were told “just wait for the app update.” Well it’s updated twice and nothing has changed except now less features work and his app crashed all together. These are an investment and honestly they are decent on their own, but so is every other “rabbit style” vibrator, but we got these because it’s so raves about for the long distance function that DOESN’T WORK. Now to wait another 3 days for the “ticket” I submitted for a 3rd time to be responded to. Hopefully they will fix these functions and the notifications in the app otherwise I want my money back.
