It works

This works fine. Recently starting around. 2/17/23 the app stoped working. Error codes and non responsive. The company noted they were aware of the issue on their website. Unfortunately after a couple of days it was still iffy at best. For months it’s worked fine and am happy with it. People who 1 star review this because they were “locked out” of their house need to settle down. Relying on WiFi and an app is your own fault. Have a key to the house or make sure your garage door keypad is setup and working. Buncha cry babies and I doubt they were actually locked out.

1 week works

After 1 week of working perfectly the app quit working. Can’t open/close door and wait times to reach customer service are 1 1/2 hours. Utter crap and a complete waste. Sorry I bought into this garbage system.
