I bought some $60 shoes that started to rip after just trying them on! And they didn’t want to return my money back what kind of customer service is this I’m never buying from this ghetto wed site and to top it off their shipping takes forever ! This wed site is low quality.

I preferred clothes from this company seven weeks ahead of my planned vacation because I needed some outfits for my vacation. One of the items was out of stock. So instead of shipping the other items and sending the out of stock item separately, they messaged me on their site to let me know that I could exchange it. However, because I don’t look on their site daily, I didn’t see the message. When I found the message, two weeks after I placed my order I told them to refund me the money for the out of stock item and to ship the rest of the order totaling over $200. Instead, they sent me another message asking me if I was sure I didn’t want to exchange the out of stock item for something different, waited another two weeks, then a month after I ordered the item, shipped my order fro their warehouse in China. This order is going to take SIX WEEKS to get to me and I hope that I’ll get it in time for my trip. I’ll never order from them again. No chat, no way of getting to their customer service quickly. And when you do tell them what you want, they IGNORE your request. Don’t shop here unless you want to wait forever for your clothes order.
Love your clothes!! I just wish they can be shipped quicker!!
From the products to the customer service and returns! Terrible!! They literally stole my money! Don’t spend your hard earned $ here! Everything can be found on Amazon where you can safely return free!!!
