Đội ngũ phát triển app này của Viettel nên xem lại cách thức hoạt động của app. Cập nhật thông tin cho ba mẹ Quá chậm, phải tự mở app 24/24 rồi tự bấm vào các mục như tin nhắn hoặc địa điểm và chờ rất lâu thì mới có kết quả, ứng dụng không cập nhật ngầm như các ứng dụng khác. App tin nhắn thì càng cập nhật càng ngu. Tôi nghĩ nên sa thải đội viết app vô trách nhiệm này. Cùng 1 app và 1 đồng hồ tại 1 địa điểm thì trên android và trên ios lại cho 2 kết quả khác nhau. Đội code quá vô trách nhiệm với người dùng.
