Just keeps loading

I open the app it Thales me to a log in screen and after I enter my info and press log in it just says please wait and loads. I waited for like 20 minutes and nothing. O tried everything I could think of and it’s just loading!

I would give it zero stars if I could

Like everyone else has said, you can’t even log in. Just an endless buffering wheel. I see this has been happening for months, if not years- what’s the point of even having an app if it doesn’t work? Garbage
