There is no option to change alert sounds in the app or in the Android settings. The sound can only be toggled on or off.
Had the cameras almost a year or more. Since, then been nothing but one issue after another! Have called tells the steps etc. So again go through those steps. NOTIFICATION doesn't always SHOW you have to try to catch it or it doesn't LOAD! Plus times the videos look clear or so hazy you can't anything!!
Always a pain trying to go from one camera to another. You have to quit the app, relaunch it to view a different camera. Annoyed with this “please wait” all the time.
I’ve tried 3 different cameras and none will connect on the app. Checked device settings and everything. Just a waste of money
Enjoying the new alert snooze feature but wish the functionality could be extended to not even record video as an option. Yes, I can manually disable cameras or schedule them but I’d like to snooze both alerts and recordings if I know I’ll be active in an area for a period of time. Also I’ve noticed badge counts on iOS are wildly inaccurate - indicating dozens of I watched videos when there are really only a few. Lastly I recently upgraded to the latest outdoor camera version and both the better nighttime quality and the new Privacy Zone feature.
