Did not leave home since promised delivery on July 6th. FedEx keeps reporting that customer is not home but till today they never delivered the package. I would strongly advise all businesses that would like to keep their customers to stop using unreliable shipping company like FedEx.
This app is terrible. It doesn’t provide correct delivery status and won’t save tracking numbers
Package contained furniture (chair) it was thrown over the gate onto concrete and was holding gate shut! Box was crushed and broken open exposing the chair. I have pictures but don’t know how to add to this review 😡
