Great cam, great service

The cam is small and easy to install. Love their cloud service and easy access to videos. The customer service is great too. They will help you out and stay on top of it. Overall pleased with this purchase. The app is easy to use and the cam connects with no problems.

Garbage!

The app keeps crashing over and over again. Worked fine the first few hours, then decided to crash. I have to keep reinstalling the app and updating. Plus, the camera tells me every couple minutes to turn off camera, then turn back on.

Garbage product, garbage service

Title says it all. Drag you on for months without answering questions. No support. Rubbish, garbage, trash, from design of the equipment to the app. Can’t say garbage enough. Final resolution ? Nexar can’t figure out how to use their own product RUN. 31 Yes 31 ( no exaggeration) emails and they have only made things worse, if that’s possible. 31 emails and NOTHING Now we have to most likely fight with them to to produce an RMA RUN RUN RUN RUN RUN I am not the only one of this opinion.

Doesn’t work for me.

The camera is connected through a cell with Bluetooth or Wi-Fi. When in the car bluetooth has to be turned on, but as soon as you leave the car and try to connect or live it does not work and says disconnected. Also, not sure, but the microphone says it’s recording but ya don’t hear anything when saving the video. I think I may have a defaulted device because otherwise this sure isn’t worth the price.
