Glitchy annoying app

We use this app for hippa compliant communications between docs. Worked well until recent coupe updates. Now it is glitchy and laggy. Very difficult to use.

Garbage - each update requires that I re-enroll.

Every time the app auto updates, I am forced to go back to the helpdesk at work to reenroll. This app, while beautiful, is extremely annoying to have to contend with and their Update system is in need of serious work

No longer transmits to Apple Watch

I really enjoyed that I could approve my meds with my Google Watch but that feature is no longer available and really impedes patient care.

Apple Watch

I can’t get app availability on watch after this last update. The part where, it didn’t work at all in iPhones, is fixed. IT can’t figure out how to get app on watch

Awful

It’s a requirement for electronic prescribing in my large medical group. When it works, it’s good. But twice I have been disenrolled for no discernible reason. It takes a few hours to reenroll, including visiting a notary for identity proofing. Then 5 days for completion of enrollment on the vendor side. Maddening.
