Flowchart Designer Premium for Android

Having paid my money for this app, I regret the two hours I have spent trying to use it. It is not scalable, and I do not recomment using this app. I am an intemediate comupter user.

I purchased this app a couple of weeks ago. It does what I need and is reasonably intuitive, but the GUI is underdeveloped. For instance, when cloning an object (duplicate command) the clone appears randomly on the workspace. I would enable a click drag method so that users can place the clone without having to find it. Much of the negative feedback I’ve seen here is not deserved, but users need to notice that the last version update was in August of 2016. I have sent in many enhancement requests and there is no response of any kind from the developer. I suspect that this is a dead platform that the developer has abandoned. I hope that this is not the case. I think the Google app store is doing an extremely poor job of ensuring the sustainability of applications. If an app does not progress in versions and remains static over time it should be taken down from the app store, particularly when the application involves a purchase. When an app is posted for the first time there is no way to know if the developer will do the work of improving the application. Developers should be given a window of time to improve, but after that, the app should not stay on the app store, particularly when many users are reporting issues. I would make it a mandatory requirement to have applications updated at least annually.

I purchased this app out of desperation and man I am regretting it right now. Really not intuitive for something as simple as a flowchart creator. The undo command is a nightmare, every time I undo something my chart just falls appart, begins collapsing and deleting unrelated things in the chart. It hard to find things like customizing connectors. Scolling doesnt work very good. If I scroll a shape down the whole page begins to scroll. Continue searching for another flowchart app, trust me.

On the surface it seems this app had what I wanted, but it kept crashing! It would just stop listening to my clicks, so I’d have to restart. So frustrating.

This app looks fine on the surface, but I found a few notable flaws for what I needed it for: There was a button to change the background text, but it didn’t work. Though I was selecting “background,” it kept changing the color of the text and would reset to an ugly gray background after clikcing out of the box. I spent more than fifteen minutes trying to make this basic function work to no avail. I also was unable to add a border to photos. The app looked like it was going to be perfect for what I wanted to do, but without these functions, I was very disatistifed. I do not recommend this app. Though the app is written in English, the website only has a page written in English with basic instructions and no clear way to contact the developer to seek help.
