Agorapulse Companion App for Android

Using mobile is HORRIBLE!! The desktop version is way better, but unfortunately I have to use mobile for posting scheduled stories. It doesn’t take away notifications ones I’ve viewed them, it freezes, and over it’s the bane of my existence.

I already have an account and social media linked on my pc. Whenever I log in to the app it says I have to add my social media account, which is already added on the computer, but whenever I tap to add it the app immediately crashes. I’ve tried multiple solutions such as waiting, redownloading the app, even resetting my phone. If you’re going to make an app atleast make sure your customers can get started, this is a joke.

I use this app every single day and barely have any issues compared to all of the other apps alike that I’ve had to use. When I do have an issue the agora support team is always super fast and super helpful which is greatly appreciated!! My only suggestion is to add an “oldest to newest” button on mobile so we don’t have to scroll to the way bottom.

I assume many of these reviews are old, the app has been updated and looks and functions great!

This app is supposed to make it convenient, but instead, you have to keep logging in.
