TRICARE East for Android

I give this app 1 because I need to. If is for me is a cero. I can’t see my referalls, or even enter the app at all.

The app would be decent if you could actually use features like monitoring payments/bills and checking coverage. Every tab has been “under service maintenance” since I’ve had the app downloaded. Almost as painful as being on the phone with Tricare. Terrible app.

Does not work well at all on mobile devices, especially the “find care” function!

Trying to get things done is difficult. Have a concern or complaint? Just send a letter snail mail to Texas. Forget an email or phone number. You can’t get anything resolved in that regard over the phone. It’s not just the app, it’s Humana itself. There’s a reason the app is set up that way.

Ever since they switched to the new app from Humana military to TRICARE East app I have not been able to login to the app for over four months and don’t know what the issue is and I always get an error every time I go to login. Changed my password numerous times and can login to the Humana website just fine. As of now and for the last 4 months, this app has been pretty useless.
