I swearI have an MBA and I can’t believe how difficult it was to figure out your instructions to cast the video. It took me quite a while to figure it out because some of the steps were missing (not included) and other steps were poorly written or unclear. After I finally got it figured out and working, your product works fine. But is should not be this difficult to set up for first time users. I think you should seriously consider hiring a good technical writer to outline the steps more clearly. Maybe then I would have increased my rating to a 4.

Losses connection 90% of the time

Just after loading this my mail box has been bombarded with spam. It could be a fluke. The program also doesn’t work with 7 year old Samsung curved tv so I unloaded it. They also ask for email saying you won’t be charged but don’t believe it. I got two charges one of which they returned the other they did not. Also note I had loaded Samsungs counter part for this.

It’s slow and it never wants to connect or when it’s connected it kick u out while watching a movie or it glitches too….
