This game is good and gets rid of my stress and the dinos are cute but on the third egg my game crashed and it is now frozen 🥶. Even after I reset the game it is frozen 🥶. Can’t continue

I sorry but I entered the game and the first screen I see is Limited time offer, remove ads forever. And no X button so I can’t continue the game. I waited 5 minutes but it still didn’t appear. So if you can fix that I will be forever grateful. Also I read some other reviews and another person had the same problem.
