Crew Messaging and Scheduling for Android

The app cost $29 a month, but there is no support and the app is buggy. Only putting doubts and opening up staff to not to show up for shifts stating the app didn’t say they need to. When reaching to the support, they keep saying they’ll clear cache, only after 3 days post issue submitted. App has good features but not worth 1/4 of the subscription cost. If anything it will put you more in conflict with your staff which is hard to begin with.

Crew has been my absolute favorite Team communication app and still is! As a team leader I love the chat, sending files, assigning tasks, and the feature to see coworkers who had read the most recent messages. The only downside is the free version only allows 10 members and then you have to pay $29.99 / month. Unfortunately, we don’t use our chat enough for me to spend that so I’ll be switching to something free.

So far, I love this app. But.. they are still working on the search integration portion of this app which I hope is completed very soon because I opened an account based on the excellent reviews but honestly, search integration is important to me and my team to easily access topics we’ve discussed without having to scroll through different conversations. Although you can create group chats for a topic, it still would be efficiently convenient to complete the search integration. Once that happens, I’ll definitely update my review based on that performance 🤞🤞🤞🤞

Ive been using this app for almost 4 years now and recently the app updated and filtered “inappropriate” words. I was upset with this update because I am being denied of my first amendment right of free speech. I can no longer express how I truly feel to my colleagues.

I like using this app so I decided to pay to be able to add all my associates I got charged and never got access to the upgrade. This is stupid it’s not cheap either. I demand a refund or at least give me access
