Lucky removed?

I love this game, I used to play it on my Android 6s and I recently got an Android 11 so I redownloaded it and I noticed the Easter egg for Lucky is gone. He’s my favorite dog and I really wanna play as him again. Maybe he’s not removed and you just have to do something to get him first? I don’t remember doing anything to get him the first time though. Also, I re-wrote this review a year ago and I regret it cuz it automatically removed my review from four or five years ago, oof lol. But I’m just wondering, I’ve been playing it for like half a decade and there’s never been anything new added in. Will the game ever see further development? I would love that so much.
