I have no idea how this app has a 4.6 star rating. Out of nowhere it deleted all my clients and upcoming appointments!! Please beware. Also, every now and than it logs you out! And you have to sign back in. The last time I was unintentional logged out…EVERYTHING WAS WIPED CLEAN. A complete inconvenience‼️

Long time user!

I’ve been using this app longer than I can remember. It’s been affordable, efficient and mostly reliable. I have encountered a few issues- mainly when trying to re book clients upon opening the screen it doesn’t load. Most times I have to close out completely and try re opening it. And most times it loads. I would love to see however a few things. I would love a way to send bulk messages bcc style to clients, a disable option for messaging through the app. an out of office notice option, an additional reminder option for my dear ladies who for what we reason have forgotten when they scheduled etc. developers please contact me about these!

Crashing is almost constant

I’ve been using this app for about four years now and I have loved it until recently. And now takes 10 to 15 minutes just to try to book an appointment or to cancel an appointment half the time my appointments aren’t even showing up on the scheduling app, so I am booking appointments on top of appointments very dissatisfied. I’ve tried to get a hold of tech-support multiple times and no one response not by chat or by email or by phone call. But they still take my money and they won’t allow me to delete old credit cards and I get an error that comes up every single time I try to open the app stating to update my credit card.

Not Working All Day 2/24/22

When you pay for monthly service you expect FULL SERVICE. Not working on Mobile even after update that wasn’t an update. Not working on my 2 phones.
