  • Great for all sorts of workouts

    I bought this app several years ago and it has never failed me. I initially used it to try a run/walk program, and also to automate some strength routines. Recently I decided to focus on zone 2 heart rate training. After a week of walks where I was constantly checking the HR on my watch, I remembered this app. Not only can I create audio notifications of when to pick up my pace or cool down, I can set a HR zone I want to stay in and the app will alert me if my heart rate gets above or below that range. I also just figured out how to use it with my watch only so I don’t have to bring my phone with me. Priceless!! Now I can focus on enjoying my walks and music instead of obsessing about time and heart rate. Thank you!

  • Amazing for Zone 2 and Interval Running

    Love this app, I can build my Zone 2 training with my minimum and max heart rate goals, I can create my interval running training, and it gives you some other examples of trainings you can build (not only for running/walking).
