Open the app, endless loading icon on the Home Screen. Finally get to a page to book a service, endless loading icon while your 5 minute timer counts down and then nothing gets booked. Close out the app to try again, same thing. Useless.

This app is a great concept because it works in theory. When trying to actually book and appointment or even review your previous visits the app just loads. I’ve written an email directly to the company and no avail. When it comes to booking an appointment, may as well just go old fashion and call to book it. Very unfortunate.

Both the app and the website are absolutely terrible to use. It took me over 30 mins to book an appointment on the app because it kept timing out on me or glitching. I thought it was my phone at first but had no issues with any other app. Trying to book an appointment for further in the week after hours is a nightmare on this thing. I nearly gave up and went with another waxing place.

The app has been pretty good for me throughout the last few years, but as of lately it’s just stopped working. I even uninstalled/reinstalled, and nothing. Just a spinning icon and it never finishes loading/allowing me to log in.

Made the mistake of updating the app to the newest version after not being able to successfully schedule my appointment through the online website. The app doesn’t work at all anymore… it just gives a loading button in the middle of screen and everything is not clickable. Super frustrating experience as an EWC customer of 10 years.
