No success connecting to three different iPhones

We tried to connect the bassinet to three different iPhones, and it always asks for a firmware update, and then the firmware update fails. Since the update is required, there’s is no way for us to control the bassinet with the app. Two phones are up to date, the third one I tried to see whether it would work with an older iOS. The developer promised to send a new bassinet; customer service was very responsive.

Best bassinet!!

Love it , and my baby seems to love it too. It vibrantes and have sounds!! It can be controlled through the cell phone. It’s a great bassinet!!

Terrible technology

Have to reconnect to blue tooth each night to play custom settings. This means opening loud velcro. Lights are too bright.

When it works, it’s great

This app works for me about 25-50% of the time. It will connect, show the battery life, and even what is playing, but it won’t allow me to change anything. When it works, it’s super convenient. I wish there was the option for a longer timer to get through my baby’s naps without resetting it multiple times.
