Never ending money pit

I do like the game, but it’s becoming an endless money grab . Every new update you need to spend if your castles under a P5 forget it you’re not getting nothing you don’t get to do shadow island you don’t get to do sea anymore that’s not fair. I’ve been playing this for six years past couple of years. It’s gotten worse and worse about the spending. They have changed some of the research to where it was completely open now has restrictions on it. being an older player I know what it used to be and now the castle that I was bringing up slowly I can’t do the research I used to. It’s not fair I I’ll give them one thing. And it would be a negative star if I could.

كنت العب هذه اللعبه من 2016 واستمررت في لعب هذه اللعبه مدة من الزمن وتركت اللعبه فترة طويله ورجعت في مكان جديد واريد ان اتذكر الماضي بالاحداث مثل حدث الاعياد

Developers Only Care About Money

I played this game for years and developed my castle slowly over time. I even spent some money on the game. I had a former alliance mate steal my account and spend a bunch of money on it. I attempted to regain access to my account and support requested the previous three receipts but since the person who had stolen my account had bought items, he had the most recent three receipts. I provided every receipt for every purchase I had made in the game and was told, “Sorry, but we need the most recent receipts.” So I lost the account. On top of that, the hacker changed the account name to slander my wife (DeborahSweetAss) and changed the profile picture to her Facebook profile picture without her consent. I reported this activity awhile ago and it is yet to be resolved. They just always respond with, “we will look into this” and then never get back to me. Long story short, this game only cares about money and has no concerns regarding privacy. I would strongly recommend against trying this game.
