CVS Specialty for Android

Just can’t get either of them to work right,Send my overnight Embrel overnight not sitting in the Fed ex warehouse for three days!Fed ex is just as bad if not worse!

Update when I open app , every single time ?

Very frustrating that they don’t auto refill your meds or make it 1-2 click easy to do so.

First of all, I really like CVS pharmacy. Great people and great customer service. The app needs work though. I cannot add supplementary items to my order such as syringes, tubing, etc. necessary for my son’s infusions. I see the feature that says I can add the items but it does not work for me. This necessitates an extra call from CVS or to CVS to add these items to my order. Not a huge problem but an inconvenience for needing the extra phone call and sometimes extra shipment if they don’t add the items to the main order.

If you are looking for a good customer interface keep looking. You won’t find it with CVS app or their website or their phone line. I’m also pretty sure they are double billing me for every copay. Good luck figuring they out with their interfaces. Ugh
