Love it

I been using this service for many years. There has been more then a time or two it has gotten me out of a jam. Birthdays Christmas gifts covered. But there has been times money was a little tight right when I needed work shoes or tires for the car and they had options to help out. I am very thankful for this option.

Customer service is hit or miss and the warranty you pay for covers nothing and they will not help does not matter that you’ve paid for the warranty.

So your app shows items for sale that I am very interested in purchasing, however when I click on them, they suddenly are not available. Very few options and so many missed opportunities for sales for you. The update is substantial so whether there is interest, is up for debate. I have purchased MANY large ticket items from you thru years and I would simply like more options. I would rather go thru purchasing power than the credit people at the furniture store! I want to be able to get my grandkids and children Christmas presents even when we have an unfortunate year. Like the last few. :( I do appreciate your business. I just know that some employees of different companies have option to buy a more variety of merchandise. Is it because we are with public service? ~ frustrated but loyal customer
