I had just recently gotten into a car accident not even a week ago & I immediately filed a claim with LS. It has taken them the weekend to phone me & ask me 2 questions, they told me they would get ahold of me immediately the same day; I didn’t hear from them for another two days. When they finally called me, they told me they were referring me to a lawyer outside of their firm. Unbelievable process just for them to tell me they can’t help me. I hired myself a private lawyer who is taking care of everything swiftly & appropriately. Do NOT waste your time with legal shield, I’ve been a member & they’ve done nothing but take my money

I honestly don’t know how this got 5 stars. Just like the other reviews. The process is slow. I’m pretty sure the attorneys they assign to you don’t want legal shield clients. No clue why but they don’t care. When you are talking to the lawyer from legal shield, they will try everything in their power to strongly suggest you don’t use a lawyer. And when you do get assigned an attorney, even though they say they will pass the information on they don’t. So get ready to repeat yourself 10 times to the same customer service representative.

You should be aware this app offers only 3 stars lawyers and attorneys.

The most non aggressive lawyers unless you don’t pay them for not doing any work in there field. If you want happy answers and a call back that will never happen Pat for these people otherwise save for a real lawyer
