The non competitive nature of Neko Atsume, the unobtrusiveness of the ads, and the sheer cuteness of the thing are the most alluring features. Although it is ostensibly aimed at a younger audience, as a 70 year old man I report that I am a fan. There is sufficient competition and strife in the real world; how refreshing it is to find Neko Atsume as a bit of serenity in the day. Peace.

My favorite game

I love the slow pacing and cute art style of the game. The un-intrusive adds are also very pleasant breath of air from the general abuse of add placement seen today. My only qualm would be that players who have gotten all the things they can from the game have no objectives left, perhaps an extension after this accomplishment is achieved may be beneficial.
