Dialpad for Android

The fact that I tried to cancel my account this morning and you have to jump through hoops to do it is frustrating but sort of understandable. Retention and all. The fact that the website took me to talk to a customer success representative but didn’t give me a place to write text back is poor design and not okay. The fact that I emailed saying please cancel my account, let me know what the last day would be for billing and being active and your CS rep replies I’m sorry we must have gotten disconnected, I haven’t heard from you, please let me know if you still need assistance?? Do better. Cancel my account and stop making it impossible for your customers to cancel. If you want them to come back eventually don’t make their parting a nightmare.

I love having the DialPad app on my personal cell phone! My work calls & personal calls on one phone is great! AND the technology of the DialPad is also extremely helpful, especially for the type of work I do!

Just a pretty poor app. I constantly need to restart it. Press on the screen nothing happens. Texts are like a complete afterthought. Quality of the calls are fine. I live on the app for my small businesses. It’s just not good. Will look for another provider.

We use for my company and both Android and android users report that the app is very glitchy. For example, it’s hard to hang up on a call, the screen freezes up or I can’t reopen the dp screen to get to the other functions like speaker etc while in a call. An android user says that the call screen freezes and some time will still appear on his phone screen when he reopens his phone after a call that he is hung up on. Sometimes I can’t answer a call or the call drops immediately when I try to answer. Messages seem to work ok on here. The desktop app works much better. I hope they improve the phone app.
