Lights turn on

No mater what if you manually turn them off or have on timer, the lights will turn back on. Wake up in morning to find lights on after they were turned off.

Absolutely horrible.

Big delay in response and will not connect to the gateway rendering the widget inoperable. Over all a badly designed app made worse.

No customer support

Apparently they have no customer support so if you have an issue, you’re apparently no longer able to use their product. My wifi password changed and apparently there’s no way to update it so I no longer can use my device

Bad system will not work with Alexa

It’s not available on Alexa anymore and it only works about 1% of the time if I could I buy all different lights in a different system do yourself a favor by a different company light

Worst experience ever

Thought my gateway Brie to bought a new one on Amazon. Just like with previous one, I cannot connect to gateway. It gets stuck after selecting the Lightify network and nothing happens. Frustrating. Issue seems to be with the app. Why don’t they care about their customers? Won’t buy another Osram product again unless they issue a fix to this soon.
