Doesn’t work

Scanned the QR code on the printer several times and it wouldn’t connect. Also couldn’t upload a file from my phone but could connect to photos?? Terrible design and still can’t print from the app

Useless

Like other reviewers say too complicated. Tried to add photos to print from app. Chose all photos (select all) but then no button to continue/save/print. Just stuck on a screen. Who would develop something like this?

Downloaded the app and now I get phishing emails

I downloaded the app and since I had to add Outlook I am getting emails with links attached. Not a great app if the security isn’t there. Another reason to switch from Ricoh. The tools we were promised still haven’t been installed after 2 years.
