Can't download past past issues I've previously purchased.

I can not download previous issues of the plein air magazine that I've purchased to my Mobile. I have the most current operating system and version of their app. Any future purchases I make of the Plein air magazine will be thru the Zinio app which seems to work fine.

Enjoyed the magazine then it crashed

Bought a single magazine, and was really enjoying it. I was even pondering on whether to subscribe for the year, then the app crashed, I can't even read the issue that I bought.

Money back

Still nothing- don't touch it people, wish I would have listened to reviews. Now I have to get iTunes to get my money back. I won't purchase the paper issues either for such a poor app. A reflection on the company. Okay, I just purchased April/May and the download option is there, and it just won't download it. This app really has problems. Crashes everywhere and tried to email support and crashes there to, on my updated Mobile Air. Now I won't subscribe for sure, I can't even download an issue! I'm going to warn others, I have to. Want my $6 back. Update:You charged me $5.99 and it won't let me download it, and it's been days! I could make an app to steal money. Very disappointed because it reflects the magazine. Give me the download or refund my money.

Terrible app/service/timeliness of digital version

Feb/March 2016 issue still not available? yet it's a few weeks from April. Reached out to email App support but haven't heard a word. I will not renew. All other magazine subscriptions, released early/on time, download with no issues.
