I’ve been with Mercari for about 5 years. I think the customers r very nice and the merchandise r reasonably priced. I have purchased and sold items with Mercari. When or if i had any issues with anything, Mercari works expeditiously to correct or resolve the problem. Another feature i njoy with Mercari, after 3 business days, the customer is giving the option to cancel and it doesn’t take Mercari 24 hours to refund the money back which is good but, i rarely cancel bcuz i know sometimes things come up and we need more time! I believe 100% communication is the best policy!

Nice app

The app is easy to navigate and has alot of traffic. Overall nice app for buying second hand and sometimes new items. Its alsogood for selling. Seller fees are not too bad.
