No way to find or look up anything. Try something simple like search for "Constitutional Amendments and it will come up with nothing? not worth a buck. I do wish the USA Manual would get sorted out and work again it was very helpful

I found it to supply a rich collection of documents fundamental to the formation and understanding of the United States. Although the interface could be more made a bit flexible regarding things like font size and background, it is truly is a bargain for $.99.
