Great, But Not If You Need Help

I have really loved using this over the years. Printing notes for meetings is really quick and easy. I just wish that there were more places to buy the paper in the US, and that there was some number/ email you could reach out to for help with connection/ other issues. All in all, though, this is a great product for everyday use!

App works well, printer...

The application works like it should, but the printer worked well for a while, then... Idk, everything I print comes out very faded, I have troubles scanning the barcodes I print out do to the print quality, and never has it printed as dark and clear as the website shows in their pictures/videos, but was decent enough to read, never super clear as a receipt at a grocery store anyways with mine... Was happy and yet disappointed I can't find a support option on the website to help fix what may be a small issue, or know it can't be fixed... Idk what to do, I don't wana throw away
