BILT for Android

When it had to explain how a bolt and nut works way too basic. Maybe ok for someone who knows nothing. Latest couple of generations.

This app is very restrictive in how its used. You can’t search for information and it forces you to follow video steps. Can’t access the troubleshooting guide and doesn’t seem to include error signals reference. I found this to be too clumsy and tedious to be useful. In the end, I couldn’t find the resolution to my issue. Doing a search with Google gave me the answer I needed so I removed this app.

Piece of garbage app showed the bottom of the chair graphic reversed to how it’s supposed to go so I spent 20 min trying to put it together before I looked at the ACTUAL instructions and figured it out

Genie garage door opener model 3142 had paperwork stating this app would walk me through installing. Looked up the specific model I purchased, using the model number on the box, on the manual, on all the paperwork and upon opening the model in the app, found it’s nothing like what I had sitting in front of me. Even after triple checking part numbers, couldn’t locate the model I was working with. Opened ever since model in the ‘belt/chain’ section and none were the model I had purchased. Double checked the paperwork again and it had advertised that the Bolt app would walk me through the build process much better than using the paper instructions. Maybe I missed something, but I don’t see how. It’s a great idea, but Bilt didn’t work for me in my situation.
