Comprehensive Application with No Documentation

The software I downloaded appears to be feature rich; however, I was not able to find any documentation (users guides or manuals) that would have enabled me to utilize it. I did not find the software to be intuitive, particularly for a first-time user like me without prior CAD software experience. And although the developer provided a “Support” link; it led to a dead-ended Twitter page. I would therefore NOT recommend this product to anyone, who is not already familar with similar CAD software and who is both expecting and dependent on comprehensive user documentation.
