Data sync nor working

I’ve been playing this game for years now. Recently, the app wouldn’t fully load and open. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but now the data sync to my Facebook will not load. It says to check my internet connection, but I know that the internet is definitely connected. I get the same error message when trying to data sync the game on my Mobile and phone. I also paid for a VIP package and the app will no longer restore that or any of my previous purchases. I’m very sad about this. I’ve spent a lot of time playing this game and it’s frustrating to see my years of effort inaccessible as well as the money I spent being unused and inaccessible.

Keeps freezing!

I love playing this game but it keeps freezing and I have to restart the app constantly. Its annoying. I don’t know how long I’gonna keep playing. Im gonna cancel my membership. Not worth all the freezing and restarting.

App won’t load

I really like this game and have played it for a long time now, but the app won’t load anymore, it just gets stuck at 60% and doesn’t get any further than that. Please fix it!

Fix the game!!

I ALWAYS play this game to de-stress but it has not been working at all, won’t even get 60% through the loading screen. My head will explode if this doesn’t get fixed soon, I am dying.

Love this game

I love this game so much. My one complaint is that the coin prices for hints seem to have gone up, and you don’t get enough coins for completing a level that it’s reasonable to use hints.
