PayRange for Android

I downloaded this app for a stay at a short-term rental. I wanted to delete my account after my stay but the app only allows for deactivation. I reached out to the support team and they state that they cannot delete my account. All apps on the App Store agree to have the ability to delete accounts if the app requires account creation. This gives users autonomy over how their data is used. After asking multiple times, this company simply won’t work with me to delete my account despite citing documentation that requires the ability to delete accounts from Google. I would avoid using this app if you care about data consent as this company operates under different rules than what Google requires for apps typically listed on their App Store.

The app is quite glitchy, and the timers that are supposedly synced to the machines are off by anywhere from 5-20 minutes. It’s a nice concept, but it needs refinement in terms of reliability.

I would like to transfer balance to my card

All sorts of people need to be able to use this app because all sorts of people need to do laundry and this app is not designed for all sorts of people. This after design for people who are absolutely perfect. Most things that have to do with computers PCs apps, blah blah all that stuff, have a failsafe that asks “are you sure you want to do this?” This app does not have that. It’s far too easy to swipe too many times and get double and triple charged for the same load. My neighbor and I just got these machines and found out after much time that we had paid for the same load over and over again at the exact same time. Please update your app to notice when a customer is paying to run the machine multiple times at the exact same time,So that it will ask if you really want to be double charged when it knows that you’ve already paid the main fee? Thanks
