HEOS for Android

The Spotify app issued to work good, after an update the music cuts off like there is a really bad wifi signal and Denon haven’t work on it to fix it.

The app literally doesn’t work half of the time.

I was under the impression this week connect to my Alexa via Bluetooth have not been able to get it to do so. There are no clear instructions. Also connected to smart television. Which has a Netflix and a Hulu button on it. When pushing these buttons I cannot get either one to connect to The AVR?

And the Denon/HEOS equipment, OVERPRICED, difficult to set up and UNRELIABLE = FAIL!

Using services like Amazon Music, which you have to log into your account, only gives you access to that music and not your personal playlists. Yamaha’s musiccast gives you access to “My Playlists” providing full streaming service capability. Can’t add my Amazon musice to favorites, basically like using Pandora where you get whatever the service decides to play. Apps are clunky moving back and forth between HEOS and receiver (device) controls. Same comparison, Yamaha’s built in services are manageable within their receiver app. Please improve HEOS!
