Webex for Android

I’ve used this app for the last 6 months which no issues. Now it keeps giving me a message that I need to add a passcode then logs me out. I contacted support and that was no help. It is not an issue with my phone. I’ve had the same one the entire time. Please update & fix this app. I can’t imagine I’m the only one with this issue.

I use Webex to receive office calls on my cell phone. The app continuously alerts me to update my 911 address for emergency calls. Not only when I’ve changed location, but even when I’m sitting in one location do I get this message repeatedly. There appears to be no way to opt out of the 911 feature. This is the most annoying thing about the app to me, but in general this is a lousy, clunky, poorly constructed app that I would NOT recommend.

Cisco basically rolled out calling in a half-baked state and there are tons of little issues in their app(s). The biggest oversight is not having a simple toggle switch for calls on cell coming through. No idea how Cisco let that through without proper QA.

I have no idea what the latest update was on this app. I am not able to have incoming calls, can’t log out of the app. When it does ring I get two or three rings and I have this background noise and you can’t hear anybody in the phone call drops. Please fix this ASAP, I use this app to answer the company phone. I called him for support numerous times with no resolution.
