I have been using this app for a very long time. Actually I originally ran it on a palm pilot before cell phones. I really like it but I’ve recently developed a problem. I’ve contacted their support several times and all I get back is an automated message saying they have received my email. Apparently they don’t care. I agree with the person who said he thought the developer had sold the app to someone who only bought it to generate money.
This was the best app I had for years. Now it is virtually useless with the new IOS versions. Many of the features do not work (ex: food) and it continually crashes. If the developers do not update a soon, I will be forced to cancel my subscription & look elsewhere.
08 Jul 2022 I have this app on both Mobile/Android and Android. It works OK; however, the developers have not made any major advancements it the app such as interfacing it to AppleHealth. Categories are difficult to maintain, food list are a real pain since all devices have different UIs. After using this, recommending it to others including diabetes educators and counsellors for over 6 years, i just feel that the developer fails to see the benefits of improving the app and is deaf to user suggestions. So I have cancelled the subscription and have started testing three others to replace it.
This used to be my go to app for managing my health. No new features have been added as the last update was 5 years ago. I’m guessing the original developer sold this app and it is now just a revenue generator.
As of June 2021, unusable due to app delays between each entry. I unsubscribed today, so sad as it used to be my favorite diabetic app ever. Fix it and I’m back.
