customer service doesn't exist

i regret this purchase. the nightly inventories are a nightmare to look back on. i made entries every night for the last four months. if i want to review the information to compare, review my progress, i have to click day by day through to review. this makes it impossible to look for patterns in my behavior. i dont need a list of dates, i want to see my answers next to each other. i want to return the app, it's a waste of money to get the premium version.

Excellent App!

I love this App! I start every morning with “On Awakening”, “Serenity Prayer” and “Third Step Prayer”. I use the journal every day. It is great to have a portable tool like this that I can take with my everywhere. It will be easy to take with me and use privately when I am camping with my friends this summer. Also, being able to have the added security of a password for entry and encryption of my journal has given me the extra security I need to journal freely and honestly - I don’t have to be concerned about anyone ever reading it! Thank you for this sobriety tool kit!!!

Great App!

This is everything in one convenient place (actually, you can access it from your phone, tablet or computer). I especially love the inspirational aspects and a place to take regular inventory and/or journal. I am also impressed that it's a one-time fee and includes all future updates and new additional features as they are released.
