However, Billing Dept is constantly bombarding you with amounts incurred in your care, even if they are still pending insurance payment, hoping to collect in advance or at least get your information . It is very unnerving when you are looking for your latest test results and bills start popping up. It interferes with your health care. There is no way to turn off this UM collection feature, even if you are dying of cancer.

I’ve had CLL for more than 15 years most of the time been treated by Sylvester. Many times in remission for years. Now Out of remission and Sylvester has always been wonderful and taking care of things immediately with professionalism. Even right now I need platelets and they are sending them from Miami to Deerfield and get them immediately. Wonderful nurses and doctors. Quality service and very comparable to MD anderson In Texas and I have also been to highly recommend Sylvester.

I have been hopeful that the developers would’ve fixed this issue by now, but no such luck. Every time I click the apps ‘back’ button I am logged out and have to log back into the whole app again. It’s super frustrating.
