Oscar Health for Android

This app was amazing from the start. I’ve called customer support and they were supposed to look into it. I had no problem logging into the app but haven’t been able to for a month or more now. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app and rebooted my phone several times. Still doesn’t work. The app gives you incentive dollars that I discovered for walking which can be redeemed for Amazon gift Card. Before the app crashed I had approximately $30 available. Can someone please tell me how to fix this and continue receiving my incentive bucks from the time this app crashed?

When I was told by my care team that a procedure would be covered in full, I got back a hidden fee they failed to tell me about. It’s disappointing considering the procedure I had in a previous insurance was completely covered in full while Cigna/Oscar gives you hidden outpatient fees. I wish this insurance company was more transparent about the fees they give and what options are actually covered in full instead of partially covered.

Increases premium by 213% for same plan next year! They get a huge tax premium from the government and then rip off their customers! Unconscionable!

This stupid app never works. Decided to download it again since I saw there was a recent update with bug fix. Did nothing to help the app. It’s just a blank screen.

This whole year has been a complete screw up in regards to what plan I needed etc. but let’s start with what could help. *My request is that you could delete or archive messages in your messages. There are so many, it needs to be organized. *Also if the insurance card could be available with Google wallet. This would be immensely helpful at Dr offices. I was sent a welcome box that advertised the thermometer but never received that. My card, was also changed and never received the new paper one. The mental health portion is a little hard to understand and work around in regards to payments and processing. And getting payed back, missed appointments due to networking issues and having no one to contact in this instances.
