Shortcuts don’t work. Camera is delayed Don’t understand what we’re paying for at all

For a year, I have been having issues with Vivint security system. Today, I am having issues with my backyard cameras. It doesn’t end. For months, it was issues with faulty front door sensor replacements, but now every time I open front door, the driveway camera is whistling. I can’t take it. I am a new customer, still paying for the cameras purchased and I am losing a lot. They don’t seem to care and they want to charge money to get their workers to show up and fix a problem that’s is their fault. Should I leave??

Honestly, the app just doesn’t seem to work for me. Even when I’m on my home wifi, it will just continue to buffer indefinitely any time I try to use the live feed. Add to this that they removed the ability to view cameras through a computer, which Vivint needs to bring back, and I can basically only access the cameras through the control system. App is functionally useless for me and has been through multiple updates at this point.

Excellent security system. The system goes far beyond your normal self installed systems. You get what you pay for.

This is the most scamest surveillance system I have ever seen. Stupid I am getting rid of it. Everything they told me would happen has not happened.
