Been buying things online but never get cash back any until I found and buy things with RAKUTEN. So happy and excited to have a cash back . Thank you RAKUTEN.

I feel like I was cheated .

I got my $30 and the next day it was gone. I’ve emailed customer service 3 times with no response!

I have used this app for 5 years and i have only been credited for about 10% of my purchases. I also have tried to report the non pay transactions(the shopping trip is listed under my account without any transaction number) but they help page doesn’t work correctly and asks for a transaction number that doesn’t exist. When I tried to use the rakuten help app by typing what I needed help with , they kept sending me info on all different rakuten services I should try like rakuten dining, etc… I have not received any payment for instacart purchases even though I completed many transactions thru rakuten. Oh and I made a purchase with Nordstrom in April of 2021 and rakuten claims this transaction is still pending. Looks like I will use HONEY app from now on!!

I purchase a laptop from Best Buy using this app and after I pressed purchase it said my money will be in my account in a few days. It never did and I’m really disappointed because I want my money.👎
