Been playing the game for years and everything used to be fine. Used to be that you’d get almost immediate responses, and always get your problem fixed within 24 hours. It’s been 5 months and they’re refusing to even acknowledge my help requests. I’ve reached out multiple times across multiple different avenues and not a single response. It feels like they’re actively ignoring me at this point

this game is a great time killer. been a fan for a long time. just started playing it again and still loving it. it is addictive but also satisfying and simple.

They have just about given up on supporting players in the game. Recently the incoming enemy warning quit working and they continue to do NOTHING to fix the problem or even reply to messages left on the support page. I used to spend a lot of money on this game, but no more with this load of cramp.

There’s way too many ads on the screen and the build times are just absolutely ridiculous

The game is great for anyone that likes strategy, statistics, and using your wits. With that being said the “hero icon” and the “backwards” button are layered on top of each other so it pulls up the hero page about 3-5 times before it will finally go back to the regular dashboard. Very annoying and off putting for beginning players.
