I was sitting at 589,592,520 coins, I took a screenshot to show my boyfriend my progress, I’d only been betting 1,260,000 and kept hitting wins even after the screenshot. One minute later I hit an Ultra Win of 425,129,760 but it never got added to my account. Instead it showed the 595,232,520 that I got to seconds before the ultra win. I contacted customer support THREE TIMES and they brushed me off saying that was the amount after my win and that it “clearly shows in the screenshots my winnings already went to my account” before she closed my ticket. I made sure to show the timestamps and it CLEARLY shows that within one minute my amount is only different by 5,640,000. They still insist and refuse to help me at all. They said on their end it shows I got them. On my end it doesn’t. So where are my winnings because I definitely didn’t get them.
