Need better beginners help

Fairly new user here. The tutorial is pretty useless. Some of the game basics do not have adequate explanation. So far, not very excited playing because I’m literally guessing.

good conception but the game is badly executed

the design of the game is so unbalanced that it is literally marginalizing. it’s a shame. also, the developers don’t care about readdressing the design of the game in terms of how the game is actually being played by the majority of users. instead, they focus on fake-updating unenjoyable seasonal events with crap prizes and creating “new” properties that just turn out to be redundant because they only provide the same unnecessary benefits as the vast majority of properties that have come before.
