مرمطة الطلبات من خلال التطبيق

عند الطلب يطلب منك اختيار وقت مناسب لتوصيل الطلب اليك وقد اخترت توصيل مابين ٨ - ١٠ صباحاً ولكن لم يتم التواصل معي او توصيل الطلب الي. تم التواصل عن طريق التطبيق برفع شكوى لعدم توصيل الطلب واتضحلي بان الرد على الشكوى يتطلب ٣ ايام عمل على الرد. تواصلت مع قسم الشكاوي عن طريق هاتف الشركة واخبروني بان السائق سيقوم بالتواصل معي خلال ساعة ولكن للاسف السائق لم يتواصل معي، اتصلت مره اخرى على قسم الشكاوي فأخبرني الموظف ان اسرع طريقة لحل المشكلة بالتوجة لاقرب فرع لصيدلية الدواء لاستلام الطلب. توجهت للفرع مستاءً ولكن مضطر لانهي مشكلة طلبي وانهي الموضوع. توجهت لفرع قريب من منزلي واتصلت بهم وابلغهم برقم الفرع كي استلم الطلب واخبروني ان انتظر ٥ دقائق وسيتم تسليم الطلب لي. انتظرت بالصيدلية ساعة ونصف دون حل مما اضطرني ان اتصل مره اخرى والغي الطلب وانهي معاناتي مع هذه التجربة السيئة وكان الرد منهم بان المبلغ سيتم ردة بحسابي خلال اسبوعين!
