So much fun

The game progresses really well, it’s a lot of fun. However at the moment the store isn’t working. I’m getting server error. Nevertheless, 5/5! If you like games where you build up a base, raid other bases, get resources and progress. This is for you!

Horrible Customer Service

I want to first begin this review by stating that I’m overall a fan of Supercell. I love/actively play Clash of Clans and Clash Royale. I just recently downloaded Boom Beach to add to that list of games. The past 90 days alone I’ve spent well over $200-$300 (probably much more tbh) between the 3 of them in order to progress faster and move things along. I had a problem with making a purchase on Boom Beach (after already making a $100 purchase a few days prior) and my Boom Beach shop locked up. It wouldn’t let me make any purchases or give me the original pack I intended to buy, but it charged my card as if it did. I contacted Google and they said it was on the app/Supercell’s end. I tried contacting Supercell and their computer response immediately told me to contact Google and hasn’t responded since then even though I sent multiple messages of screenshots/purchase receipts. A lot of these packs that they offer are timed offers that expire and this inconvenience has caused me not only lost time and frustration from getting the run around, but also caused me to miss out on offers and honestly not trust the purchase process.

Bugs!

Love the game, but a reoccurring issue of the game crashing after I press return after a successful attack crashes my game, this happens without exaggeration with over 80% of my attacks. It is really frustrating to have to continually open the app multiple times every few minutes. Please fix this!
