Didn’t give me keys after I paid for them

I spent 3.99 on some keys for 500 of them and it didn’t give me them and the payment was successful… so that’s why it’s getting 3-Stars, also it’s very buggy still and also still crashes quite a bit. Also sometimes trees and rocks are invisible at times . It only crashes when I’m trying to put stuff into a crate or etc etc ……… very good work on the game but I would like my keys I spent money on today 1/14/25 3.99$ I made a ticket and all and still haven’t even received a response , I just paid for my wife as well and she didn’t even receive the keys!!!!! >:(
